Elpirs(이하 "서비스")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
서비스는 회원가입·로그인 기능을 운영하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보를 별도로 수집하지 않습니다.

위 목적 외의 용도(광고, 프로파일링, 제3자 마케팅 등)로는 이용하지 않습니다.
sid) 및 워치리스트: 쿠키 발급일로부터 최대 1년, 또는 이용자가 직접 쿠키를 삭제할 때까지서비스는 이용자의 정보를 외부에 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 근거하거나 수사기관의 적법한 절차에 의한 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 데이터 처리 업무를 외부 인프라에 위탁하고 있습니다. 위탁받는 업체에는 이용자의 개인정보가 아닌, 서비스 운영에 필요한 데이터(쿠키 식별값, 시세 데이터, 뉴스 원문 등)만 전달됩니다.

이용자는 본인의 쿠키에 저장된 워치리스트 정보에 대해 언제든 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.
sid)는 HttpOnly 속성으로 설정되어 스크립트를 통한 탈취 위험을 낮춥니다.이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 쿠키 저장을 거부할 경우 관심 종목(워치리스트) 기능 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
본 서비스가 제공하는 시그널·요약·분석은 투자 참고 정보이며, 투자 권유나 투자자문이 아닙니다. 투자 결정 및 그 결과에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

Data is deleted once its retention period ends or its purpose has been fulfilled. Stored data is permanently removed in a manner that cannot be recovered.
